Fieldday Belle Starr was my first Flat-Coated Retriever and arrived home in January 2003. Little did I know that she would have such a wonderful temperament and have such a joie de vivre.  We trained, not for competition, but just for fun.  I knew that keeping active would only improve her bond with me.   We were active in basic and rally obedience and agility.   Belle loved to go for car rides.  In fact, a car ride we took in 2008 led me to the 13 acre property that I currently own. It was soon after Belle’s arrival that I knew that she was not going to be my last Flat-Coated Retriever. Not too long after, Knightcastle Little Wonder, aka Raven came into my life.

This is my wonderful memory of where I started.
